Dr. Janice Leonard
CART, CLC, Mediator, CALA
Dr. Janice Leonard founded CIA Life Management in 1990 when she saw that gang violence was on the rise in the community. With a genuine passion for helping children navigate the challenges of their young lives, Dr. Leonard has become a pillar of support for countless families over the years and treating a wide range of mental health conditions commonly experienced during childhood. After covid Dr. Leonard noticed that many children were suffering from Mental challenges the company became. Life Management which provides a full array of wrap-around mental health services to children that don’t have health insurance and they provide Pro-bono services. Life Management with an emphasis on child sex trafficking, generational Incarcerations and the high suicide rate among the LGBTQ youth. Outside of her clinical work, she actively participates in community outreach programs, and is an avid “Jazzaholic’, and has a passion for traveling around the world.

Ms. Yarinika Miller
Ms. Yarinika Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience in mental health counseling, dedicated to empowering individuals through compassionate care and evidence-based practices. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and has extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. She is also a Licenses Sexual Offender Treatment Professional.
Throughout her career, Ms. Miller has specialized in helping clients navigate complex emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to foster long-term healing and personal growth. Ms. Miller is deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly, work through their struggles, and build resilience.
In addition to her private practice, Ms. Miller is an advocate for mental health awareness in the community. She has facilitated numerous workshops and seminars on topics ranging from stress management to self-care, and she collaborates with local organizations to support mental wellness initiatives.
Ms. Miller’s approach is characterized by empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. Her dedication to her clients’ well-being has made her a trusted and respected figure in the field of counseling.


Jasmine Hill

Jasmine Hill, Co-Director of Life Management Centers of Texas Jasmine Hill is a passionate mental health professional with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. A proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science, Jasmine is deeply committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals and families in her community.
Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to provide comprehensive mental health services that prioritize client care and support. With a strong belief that clients are the cornerstone of any successful business, Jasmine is dedicated to offering practical solutions that make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Her approach is grounded in integrity, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset, which has earned her respect as a community advocate and a leader in mental health care. Jasmine is also passionate about creating a healthy, motivating work environment that encourages personal and professional growth for her staff.
